Castlemark Consulting sponsors the Mothers in Medicine Fund

Castlemark Consulting has made generous gift to provide childcare grants for 15 clinician moms through Zorya Foundation’s Mothers in Medicine Fund! Grateful doesn’t quite do justice to how our team feels about this support. Just a few months ago, through Zorya’s Opportunities fund, a separate donation from Castlemark gave us the ability to support the Civitas Networks for Health Emerging Leaders Program—providing financial support to women rising stars in the health information exchange and healthcare informatics to further their professional enrichment.

Castlemark Consulting, led by Kary Nulisch and Jerry Kilcrease, is a team of veteran healthcare technology experts skilled in deploying and managing massive statewide infrastructure projects. They connect all points of care in the community. They’re in and out of hospitals, clinics and SNFs and work together with frontline healthcare workers to make these ambitious programs a success. They’ve seen the toll the pandemic has taken on clinicians—and most of them are women.

The Castlemark team’s generous gift will pay for approximately one month of childcare per recipient. Thank you to the entire Castlemark team, including Ginger Nulisch, Susan Teran, Tom Cannon, Candice Cannon, Meg Lamar and Mason Compton.

If you’re in need of childcare support and you’re a mother working in a clinical role, we invite you to apply for a grant from Zorya Foundation’s Mothers in Medicine Fund.
